We are now accepting deposits for the winter storage season. Deposits are non– refundable and all customers not having a deposit could relinquish their space without notification by Winter Harbor LLC. Winter Harbor utilizes both floor and 2 tiered racks for storage. Winter Harbor reserves the right to determine the actual storage locations within the two buildings based on size and logistics.
Haul out and spring launch date must be coordinated with Winter Harbor office at least 1 week prior to the requested date. Winter Harbor does their best to accommodate all customer requests, however, WINTER HARBOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LAUNCH/HAUL SAID WATERCRAFT AT THE COMPANY’S DISCRETION. Customers are advised to confirm said haul/launch date 24 hours in advance. All boats must be scheduled for haul out prior to October 26, 2007. Haul outs after October 31st are by negotiation only, and will be subject to additional fees. Boats not scheduled for launch by July 1, 2008 will be subject to additional storage fees. All previous balances must be paid prior to launch.
The Storage fees are based on square footage using the actual length overall (LOA) and the beam measurements. This includes and bow pulpit, anchor, swim platform, tender etc. Boats will be measured to determine LOA and storage fees are based on these actual measurements. Floor boats will be subject to a seasonal stand rental fee. All boats must be bottom washed prior to storage, unpainted bottoms require acid washing. The company is not responsible for any paint removed by the bottom cleaning.

Vessel Stored on trailers are measured from the end of the trailer tongue to the end to the swim platform of vessel.
